CC-Assist includes a desktop app and a mobile app for managing your Chamber and integrates with several third-party apps and Web platforms to provide you with its full set of features.

CC-Assist Administrative apps

Desktop app

The CC-Assist desktop app is designed to provide quick and easy access to large amounts of information for viewing and reporting. The app installs and uses resources from the computer on which it is being run. For networked computers, shared components are installed only on one computer. While CC-Assist can run on limited resources, we recommend you ensure adequate processing and RAM to create an optimal user experience. The desktop app is required for the use of CC-Assist.

  • Required OS: Windows 10 / 11 / Server 2016 / Server 2019 / Server 2022 (all 64 bit)
  • Minimum required processor: Intel i3 multi-core or equivalent
    • Recommended processor: Intel i5 multi-core equivalent or higher
  • Minimum required RAM: 8GB
    • Recommended RAM: 16GB or higher
  • Minimum disk space (Including Microsoft framework and SQL components):
    • Varies based on database size. Typically 15 GB
  • Minimum Internet speeds: 1.5 Mbps / 384 Kbps (down/up)
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 2
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2

Mobile app

The CC-Assist mobile app is designed to access member and event information on-the-go from anywhere with an internet connection. The app can be accessed in any Web browser via a URL or installed on any Android or iOS device. The mobile app is available in the Google Play Store and App Store.

Third-party apps

Microsoft Office

CC-Assist integrates with Microsoft Outlook to send emails, Microsoft Excel to export data, and Microsoft Word to perform mail merges.

  • Supported versions: Office 2013 / 2016 / 2019 / 2021 / 365

QuickBooks Desktop

CC-Assist integrates with QuickBooks desktop to synchronize accounts receivable transactions.

  • Supported versions: QuickBooks Pro 2007 or higher desktop edition

Third-party web platforms

QuickBooks Online

CC-Assist integrates with QuickBooks Online to import accounts receivable transactions.


An Authorize.Net payment gateway account may be integrated to accept and process online payments.

Constant Contact

A Constant Contact account may be integrated to synchronize member contacts and emails into Constant Contact.

EZ Texting

An EZ Texting account may be integrated to send text messages from CC-Assist.


CC-Assist includes a facility to post about members, events, jobs, news, and promotions to a Facebook page.


CC-Assist includes a facility to post about members, events, jobs, news, and promotions to an X account

All third-party apps and platforms must be licensed separately from their respective provider.
